Citywise Global Shipping Policy

At Citywise Global, we offer high-quality products through print-on-demand services and dropshipping provided by our trusted partners, Gooten, LuluXpress, and Printify. This means that each product is custom-made specifically for you once the order is placed. Below, you will find details on our shipping methods, costs, estimated delivery times, and more.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Since we use print-on-demand services, each item is custom-produced after you place an order. The production process typically takes between 1-3 business days. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer shipping for orders within the USA (all 50 states) via our partners.

  • Domestic Shipping (provided by Gooten, LuluXpress, or Printify): Estimated delivery within 7 business days after production.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on the item and the shipping destination.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally through our print-on-demand providers (Gooten, LuluXpress, and Printify) to the following countries: EU, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14 business days after production.

Please be aware that international orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees based on the destination country's laws. The customer is responsible for any such additional charges.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking number provided by Gooten, LuluXpress, or Printify which is provided automatically by email when your item ships.

5. Production and Shipment Delays

Occasionally, there may be delays in production or shipping due to high demand, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we encounter any delays in fulfilling your order, we will notify you via email. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the country and shipping provider.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our print-on-demand partners (Gooten, LuluXpress, Printify) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of print-on-demand services, we cannot ship to some countries/territories - please use the checkout to confirm if we can ship to your location before completing your order.

8. Changes to Shipping Policy

Citywise Global reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or providers. Any updates will be posted on this page, so please check back regularly for the most current information.
